I activate Muse Vessel (second ability, cost 1) and I get to select a card to play, but nothing happens thereafter: the card does not get played, but remains in exile. I have tried it with both lands and non-land cards.
I have a similar problem with Spelljack. The card is exiled, but I cannot find a way to play it from the exiled card list.

Have you tried clicking on the Lightning Bolt icon afterwards? I have 2 It That Betrays on the battlefield (yes, really). When I attack with just one of them, AI sacrificed 4 permanents.
I wasn't able to reproduce it the next turn. I didn't find anything else that the computer could have sacrificed for.

Thanks Sol. You're right. I just can never remember to look in the Lightning Bolt "folder".

I am having problems playing Toxic Stench. Any attempt on clicking it just puts it right back into my hand. This is before and after threshold.

At first that is what I thought. The opponent was playing with those new ravnica artifacts that turn into creatures when you pay 2 guild colors. Welcome to Forge, Turgon. I hope you get as much enjoyment from it as the rest of us. Just so you know, this is the correct place to post bugs if you're playing using the version downloaded from this thread. That way all bugs from a particular release are contained in one place, helping us to see where/when an issue began. I post this message because I'm not able to pay anything for X while casting Engineered Explosives, causing it to always come with 0 counters... But I'm sure it worked correctly by the past! Or is something changed that I didn't notice?

In this 3.1.12 beta game and inputs (that is user interaction) were isolated in separate threads. Sometimes threads were not switched at the needed time - you see, first AI plays a spell and then UI state is updated from the same thread, that results in such exceptions. This is already fixed, but I don't remember the exact snapshot number when it was. Thanks. It's a truly amazing program, specially for someone like me who started playing Magic when it first came out (God!
