Some of the new SOI Werewolves' transformations don't have any color associated with them when they should be monocolored. I noticed this when I tried to cast Ultimate Price on a transformed Werewolf and couldn't target it. I don't remember which Werewolves they were, but this happened with at least two of them.

"Welcome to the Fold" is the card. Issue has been resolved and fix will be active upon next release sometime after April 5th.

Startled Awake doesn't return to the battlefield transformed but as a normal sorcery!! O_o

Engulf the Shore does not work on tokens.

While playing EDH vs AI, the AI continuously activated the "X" ability of Marath, Will of the Wild with "X" equaling zero. Endless loop and never stopped. I think they changed the oracle text of Marath, Will of the Wild to say "X" could not equal zero.

Eerie Interlude, new from SoI, will exile any number of creatures like it should, but at end step when it triggers to bring them all back, it only brings one creature back, leaving the rest in exile!

According to my opponent, Morkrud Necropod wouldn't let him sacrifice a creature, only lands.

Unable to duplicate issue - added various Mulldrifter tests and all of them successfully draw 2 cards. Do you have a game log?
Maybe there was a Spirit of the Labyrinth in play that went unnoticed, or something similar, perhaps? Just a possibility that crossed my mind.
That was the issue. I did not realize that Spirit of the Labyrinth was in play.

Relentless zombie triggers himself returning him to the battlefield paying 2 manas when dying, and Declaration in stone onto 1/1 soldiers from secure the wastes cause them to give a clue for each.

Scrounged Scythe appears in Sealed pools, but this is the flip side of Harvest Hand. So, you can never cast Scrounged Scythe. :(

Can you clarify the issue with Relentless Zombie? His rules text:
"When Relentless Dead dies, you may pay B. If you do, return it to its owner's hand.

When Relentless Dead dies, you may pay X. If you do, return another target Zombie creature card with converted mana cost X from your graveyard to the battlefield. "

If I'm understanding correctly, the point is that Relentless Dead says "return another target Zombie" to the battlefield when it dies, yet you can use that ability to return Relentless Dead itself.

It's missing the "AnotherCardPredicate" filter, it would seem, from what I just peeked.

Thanks for the clarification. I thought that might be what Kiroi meant but wasn't sure. I'll check into it.

BTW DoctorWeird you really should come join the dev team :)

edit: Fixed Relentless Dead. DoctorWeird was right on - that is all it was missing. There also was a couple minor text changes for the prompts (there was an extra "to" on one, and another prompt just said "select target zombie" instead of "another target zombie". Will be available in v5
